Leadership Training for Individuals and Groups

Leadership is a social practice which uses language and behavior (real and symbolic) to advance the interest of a group. Leadership skills can be developed in anyone and are valuable for everyone. Without regard to one’s position or rank in an organization one can function as a leader. Shining Light Services (SLS) defines leaders as agents of positive change that simplify, improve or bring new order to an organization.  SLS knows that you need leaders whose knowledge, skills, and values are shaped your needs and expectations. The outcome of our training is to produce individuals whose activities directly contribute to organizational performance. Our objective is not only to develop individual leaders, but to create a shared leadership capacity in your organization.

SLS leadership training supports the development of individuals and teams. We combine leadership training with personal improvement, social/cultural competency and organizational objectives.
