Shining Light Services (SLS) provides cost effective performance improvement strategies and support. We offer staff training, leadership training, executive training, and career coaching. Our services include organizational assessment, strategic planning, and performance improvement training through leadership, executive and staff training. We offer clients a range of approaches to achieve their objectives, including 90 minute workshops, half day or full day training, 2- 4 days coaching sessions, private coaching sessions and on-site analysis of work environment.  Planning and support are available in person, online or via phone.
